Terms and Conditions

1.  Overview By booking a hypnotherapy session with Empowering Change Hypnotherapy you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Please read carefully before making a booking.

2. Hypnotherapy Services Hypnotherapy is provided as a complementary therapeutic service. It does not replace professional medical advice or treatment. Clients with medical concerns should consult a healthcare professional.

3. Client Responsibility Clients agree to actively participate in their sessions and best results will be seen if you follow the guidance as you walk through your daily life. Please acknowledge that results may vary and cannot be guaranteed .  The best results will be seen when all effort is taken. You must provide accurate health and medical information relevant to your treatment.

4. Stop Smoking Therapy Stop Smoking therapy sessions involve hypnotherapy aimed specifically at helping clients quit smoking. While many clients experience significant benefits, results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. Clients must be motivated and committed to achieving cessation. Additional support or multiple sessions may be recommended. Any smoking or vaping paraphernalia provided by the client will be disposed of appropriately by the hypnotherapist after the session. Clients agree that no monetary compensation or reimbursement can be claimed for these items later date

5. Confidentiality All information disclosed during sessions remains strictly confidential, except in cases of potential harm to self or others, where disclosure may be required by law to the relevant authoritys.

6. Booking and Payments Payments must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Sessions may be prepaid or at the time of service. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, or cash.

7. Cancellation Policy Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge equal to the full session fee.

8. Refund Policy No refunds are provided after the service has been rendered. Prepaid sessions cancelled with sufficient notice (at least 24 hours) may be rescheduled.

9. Late Arrivals Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled times. If a client arrives late, the session will not be extended, and full payment is required.

10. Ethical Standards Hypnotherapy services will be provided professionally and ethically.  Empowering Change Hypnotherapy reserves the right to refuse service where client behaviour is inappropriate, threatening, or unethical.

11. Liability Disclaimer Hypnotherapy is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care. Empowering Change Hypnotherapy will not be liable for any consequences arising from client decisions or actions following sessions.

12. Complaints Procedure Any concerns or complaints about your session should be addressed directly to Empowering Change Hypnotherapy where they will be handled promptly and professionally.

13. Amendments These terms may be amended periodically. Clients will be informed of any significant changes in writing or via email.

14. Acceptance Booking and attending a session indicates your understanding and acceptance of these terms.
